We are seeking motivated, community oriented child and adolescent counsellors who are passionate about working with children and families. We welcome new graduates and/or seasoned professionals as we offer mentoring, clinical supervision and peer supervision. 

Registered Clinical Counsellor or Registered Social Worker licensed to

practice counselling in BC.

  • In Good standing with appropriate College or Association (BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, British Columbia College of Social Workers)
  • Professional Liability Insurance coverage that includes telehealth services
  • Independent WorkSafeBC number and Business License
  • Desire to build relationships, and work collaboratively with other practice members and clients of Covalent Health Consulting.

Covalent Counselling is a counselling practice in Nanaimo dedicated to our community, creating healthy connections, and truly understanding our clients’ experiences and perspectives. We offer therapy for adults, children and adolescents, couples, groups, and families providing a stable, supportive environment conducive to health and healing.
