- Experience working with children, youth, parents and/or families
- Competent skills in managing an individual case-load and enjoys working independently
- Uses attachment, system and trauma theories in case conceptualization
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to creating a safe, inclusive environment for clients.
- Bonus: certification in EMDR, OEI, Play-therapy or other evidenced based techniques
