I want to purchase insurance through Mitchell & Abbott Group Insurance

For example, if you are waiting to join BCACC when the insurance rates drop in October, purchase your insurance in October at which time your membership will be activated.

I am insured elsewhere either privately or by an employer.

Please have your employer complete and sign this Confirmation of Coverage FORM

OR

send us proof of your insurance from another carrier.
